About ART @ Dignity Diner
The ART @ Dignity Diner is a volunteer event focused around enriching the lives of Chicago's homeless and hungry providing opportunities for expression and discussion.

Every Tuesday evening at 6:00 P.M, Chicago’s homeless and hungry are invited to be our guests at Dignity Diner Chicago's Holy Covenant United Methodist Church for dinner. Neighborhood volunteers and parishioners welcome 40 to 60 men and women for a sit-down, restaurant-style vegetarian meal. Following the meal, diner patrons are invited to engage in conversation and art providing they express themselves and form connections with volunteers. Whether its lending a kind word or paintbrush, ART @ Dignity Diner is the place for individuals to connect and express.

In October 2009, the patrons' art will be on display for all to see with a gallery presentation, but first, we need your help to connect and create art with patrons Tuesdays from 6:00-7:30 P.M, no artistic skill required.
